Palm City has engaged consultants of international repute to design and plan the construction of the 408-unit compound in Janzour. A team of qualified architects and engineers are involved on site in the planning and management of the construction and infrastructure that is now in full swing. The site has been meticulously organized in 11 different zones, in order to allow for different works to go on concurrently.

Construction of Tripoli accommodation will be complete by early 2008 with the finishes being executed in parallel and planned for completion within 2 months of structures finishes.
