The Developer

Palm City Ltd, the owner and developer of the Palm City project, is a 100% subsidiary of Mediterranean Investments Holding, a joint venture between the Corinthia Group of Malta, National Real Estate Company of Kuwait and National Projects Holding Company of Kuwait.

With a track record of over 40 years, the Corinthia Group, in association with its partners, has developed and managed numerous projects in several countries around the world. The Group is involved in four main sectors, namely:

investment and development of hotel, commercial and residential properties;
the management and operations of upscale hotels and resorts;
project management and construction; and
industrial catering.

With its head offices in Malta, the Corinthia Group has invested, developed and currently manages, real estate properties in Libya, Malta, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Russia, Tunisia and Turkey.

Following several years of providing industrial catering services to oil companies in Libya, Corinthia has since completed and is successfully operating the five-star deluxe landmark Corinthia Bab Africa Hotel and Commercial Centre, in Tripoli. The group has an in-depth knowledge of the Libyan market, and is well poised to execute the Palm City project within the planned timeframe. In order to ensure the successful implementation of this plan, the developers have organised a team of experienced architects and engineers to manage the construction and finishing of the project. Palm City has also employed the services of a number of internationally acclaimed consultants, to advise it on this project.
