Ernst & Young, Austrian Airlines, Radisson Blu and Global Governance; these four companies are the latest additions to Palm City’s fledgling community – a community which is growing week after week as the project, already habitable in the Eastern phase, continues to take shape with major furniture items, landscaping, security railings and other fittings all being installed in the units where residents will be moving into the Tripoli accommodation.

With the official opening still set for the middle of September, Palm City staff is now gearing up for what will be an increasingly busy second half of the year. The customer service programme is already underway with the Customer Services Executive already on site ensuring that current move-ins to Tripoli accommodation are as smooth as possible whereas works on the retails outlets are also gathering pace with agreements for a Supermarket, Laundry, Clinic, Hair & Beauty Salon, Rent-a-Car office and the two Palm City Restaurants now all finalised.

Further to the western side of Palm City Tripoli accommodation, almost all roads have now been laid, including those adjacent to the Palm City Health Club where installation of four tennis courts, two slow court grass and two fast court rubber, will soon be underway, as will the laying of the seven-a-side football pitch – all of which will be made available to the tenants in the last quarter of 2009 after the official opening.
