Following the move-in of its first tenants over the past weeks, the interiors of many of the units on the Eastern side of the project are now already at Palm City and being installed into their units.

This significant milestone now enables the Palm City Sales & Marketing team to be able to give prospective and signed-up tenants exact dates as to when they can expect to take up residence in their new Tripoli accommodation.

With a significant take up in both Maisonettes and Apartments blocks, Palm City staff are working round the clock to ensure that all units being moved-into are checked and tested three times over to ensure the highest quality standards are delivered.

Mr. Gareth Morgan, Global Client Service Partner for Ernst & Young in Libya was enthusiastic about his move in and with being one of the first tenants to take up his residential unit inside Palm City.
