Janzour 24th September 2009.
Following a summer of non-stop work by all involved, Palm City Residences in Janzour is nearing total completion as more residents moved into their Tripoli accommodation during the month of September and more are expected to do so in the next 30 days.
With approximately 200 units in Zones 1, 3, 4 and 7 being handed over completed by third week October, this will allow residents living in these areas to move in with the full array of services and amenities promised within their homes.
Just over 3 years from the laying of the first stone, 40 families are already living within the Tripoli accommodation and these too can look forward to the opening of the first retail outlets during the month of October with the supermarket, transportation service, bank and clinic set to open their doors at the end of the month, whereas on the Food & Beverage side, the imminent arrival of a Food & Beverage manager and Head Chef will set the ball rolling for the opening of Palm City’s two restaurants, one of which will bear the popular Lamma Restaurant brand, widely frequented by expats and locals alike.
Other amenities such as the 4 tennis courts and the 7-a-side soccer pitch will be inaugurated by mid-October as these are already laid and only waiting for the final fencing to be put in place.
With take up of the Tripoli accommodation units rapidly approaching the 50% mark before the end of September, the quality delivered by Palm City units and the ancillary services provided to complement the residential units, it is easy to see why this village life is being more and more sought after the more it nears completion, as it offers a seamless settling in for both new and current families in Libya with the support of the Palm City customer service team close at hand.
