Following the completion of a large percentage of its landscaping and public areas, Palm City tenants will now be able to enjoy the first of a number of sports facilities available within the complex and also the first of nine retail outlets which will offer services to its tenants in the central Piazza area.

The four tennis courts, two grass carpet and two fast concrete, are now being used by residents as the village life centred around the Piazza and Clubhouse becomes more evident as Palm City enters its fifth month of operation since welcoming its first tenant.

With over sixty families and around one hundred and forty residents already living inside the Tripoli real estate, one of the most awaited retail outlet openings has been the Palm City Supermarket.

Offering a wide variety of products including fresh fish, fresh meat and ready-to-go meals, the Palm City Supermarket will open its doors to its residents during the last week of November. In time, the supermarket will enhance its services to offer home deliveries across the village.

On the housing front, Palm City Ltd has already taken over 30% of the total houses available in complete form including the household items which are carefully prepared in a “home pack” the day prior to tenant move-ins.

Focus is now shifting towards the handing over of the remaining units which is happening at a very fast rate between end of November and first two weeks of the New Year – meaning that any prospective client visiting Palm City from now on will have the option of moving into their chosen apartment even within a week of first viewing.

With the arrival of our Food & Beverage Manager and the impending arrival of our Executive Chef, focus now switches to the opening of the Food & Beverage outlets, currently earmarked for the end of January. The focus of these outlets will be “fun and creativity” with parents and kids alike being able to create their own menus and even have their own signature dishes appearing on the restaurant menu ... but more of that when the time comes! If the success of the Halloween Party for Kids (and adults alike!) is anything to go by then we, and indeed our tenants, have alot to look forward to in the New Year.
